Proposed Ordinance -01-2026, Data Center Overlay with Data Center Overlay Map: NOTICE OF CATAWISSA TOWNSHIP’S PROPOSED DATA CENTER OVERLAY ORDINANCE and DATA CENTER OVERLAY MAP Notice is hereby given by the Board of Supervisors of Catawissa Township of the intention to act upon the following proposed ordinance: 01-2026, The “Data Center Overlay Ordinance,” adopted as an amendment to the Township Zoning Ordinance pursuant to the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code (“MPC”), 53 P.S. §10101 et seq. A hearing will be held for the proposed Ordinance by the Catawissa Township Supervisors on July 30, 2026, at the Catawissa Township Building located at 153 Old Reading Road, Catawissa, PA. at 6:00pm. A complete text of the Ordinance and overlay map is on file with this newspaper and is also available for review on the Catawissa Township website at catawissatownship.org.
