NOTICE OF CATAWISSA TOWNSHIP’S PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO SOLAR ORDINANCE
Notice is hereby given by the Board of Supervisors of Catawissa Township of the intention to act upon the
following proposed Amendments to the Regulation of Solar Energy System ordinance.
The Amended Ordinance proposes to amend the areas allowing for Principal solar Energy Systems as a con-
ditional use within the Township.
A hearing will be held for the proposed Ordinance by the Catawissa Township Supervisors on Tuesday, October
08, 2024, 2024 at the Catawissa Township Building located at 153 Old Reading Road, Catawissa, PA. at
11:30 am. A complete copy of the Amended Ordinance is on file with the Press Enterprise and can be obtained at the Catawissa Township Building located at 153 Old Reading Road, Catawissa, PA.
The Board of Supervisors will consider the Ordinance for adoption at a meeting to be held at the Catawissa
Township Building located at 153 Old Reading Road, Catawissa, PA. on Tuesday, October 08, 2024, 2024 at
12:00 pm.
