Short-Term Rental Permit Applications

Starting January 02, 2024, Catawissa Township all property owners who currently own and run Short Term Rental properties (rentals for less than 30 days) in the Township will be required to submit a Short-Term Rental application for approval by the Township Zoning Office.  Permits are required as per Catawissa Township Ordinance 08-2023 – Short-Term Rental Operating Guide – duly adopted on October 10, 2023.  Applications are available by contacting the Township.
